Service providers
We rely on two infrastructure providers to operate the site:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — provides DNS, TLS termination, and content-delivery. As our traffic passes through Cloudflare, it sees the same request metadata described above.
- Hetzner Online GmbH — hosts the origin server in the European Union. Request logs reside on the origin server only and are not copied elsewhere.
Email correspondence
If you email us at [email protected], we retain the message and your reply address in order to respond and, where appropriate, to maintain a record of the exchange. We use Cloudflare Email Routing and Brevo to deliver and handle incoming mail.
Retention
Request logs are retained for a short period — typically no longer than 30 days — and are then deleted, unless retained for a specific security incident under investigation. Email correspondence is retained for as long as it remains relevant to the enquiry.
Your rights
Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 gives you rights to access and correct personal data about you that is in our possession or under our control.
